My Service Advisor talked to me about a survey, how do I complete it?
-You will receive 2 surveys; one from Walser Honda via email and one from American Honda via phone. The phone survey is a pre-survey and will be from an unknown number and they will try to contact you for up to 30 days. After this, American Honda will offer you the option to fill out yet again another survey. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied you should contact one of our Service Managers at the dealership 952-892-1100.
What if I do not understand my charges?
-Please call your service advisor and they will be able give you the break down of all work performed. Additionally if you have questions on pricing they can help with this too. They can be reached at 952-892-1100 ext 1 and then press 2 to speak directly with your advisor.
Did you know we now have EXPRESS SERVICE available?
- Express service is for minor maintenance, oil changes, tire rotation and all maintenance minder services. No Appointment is needed prior to coming in. Just stop by and we will be ready!

If I received a "Rain Check" in lieu of a car wash, what should I do?
- Please bring the "Rain Check" with you and pull into the service drive. Present the coupon to any service staff and they will then wash your vehicle for you. (Reminder the temp must be above 20 degrees to wash your vehicle.) Please allow 10 minute wash time (minimum).
