I purchased a Honda CRV from this Walser a few weeks ago and I am glad I did. The purchasing process went very smooth and the employees were very kind and accommodating. I was assisted by Kendra Drew and she was amazing. She was very knowledgable on all the questions I had. The questions she was unsure of she went above and beyond to get the correct answer. Came here after totalling my Honda Civic for an upgrade and went with a CR-V. Megan Cooley was AMAZING to work with! She spent the time me and my husband to find the exact specs and price I had in mind and was able to find me exactly what I wanted. She even took the extra time after signing all the papers to show me all the bells and whistles on the car to know how to operate it! Feel like I left with a new friend too since she was friendly and easy to talk to!

Walser is the best. Bought a new Maxda CX-5 from Walser Mazda in 2016, and a Passport from Walser Honda in 2020. Both deals over the phone and zero changes or manipulations when I drove (220 mi) to the dealer. Price as quoted, trade-in as quoted. Ray Vogel was my Honda salesman and was fabulous to work with. The dealer even swapped tires and wheels at no cost. I can't recommend Walser and Ray strongly enough.

Nick Olson was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful. He also took his time with us? Even though it was near the end of the day. We needed to leave for another appointment so we came back a few days later so that he could help go over how to use many of the features. He was thorough and helped me set up many of my desired setting. I will recommend Nick Olson and Honda to my friends and family.

I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord in March, great experience with sales person Linda. I brought my husband to this same dealer, I refused any other and he purchased a 2006 Honda Civic, we got to work with Linda once again, great sales lady, she knows what she is doing. Knowing the trade in value of my car, I was bid $500 more than the highest of NADA, Edmonds, True Car, and KBB. He was patient, helpful, thoughtful, and informational. All i needed was a co-signer. Submitted everything around the closing time on Wednesday night, I was hoping that he/she would submit the finance paper but was told that he/she will submit on Friday. I was excited to go in to get an update but turns out someone sold the car on Thursday. Could he/she at least his co-worker to submit the request so I don't have to waste my time to get a credit check up? I would recommend this place but I was very disappointed.
