I sent Walser a message through the website on SUNDAY night thinking I would get a response in the morning when they open, but one of the salesmen (Bill) reached out to me the same night to set up a test drive appointment for the next day. He communicated very well and had everything ready to go when I got there. Coming to Walser Honda was one stop of several during my first experience buying a car. At the start of my journey, I had a terrible experience at a Luther Toyota dealership (Inver Grove) where the warranty and financing weren't transparent and they tried to rush me through with insufficient explanations, additional costs, and a questionable process in general.
