It was my first time visiting a Honda dealer. I wanted to lease a HR-V. Coming into the dealership I was greeted by staff and seen right away by Jacob Smith. I came in knowing I wanted a SUV. Tory was our salesman and he provided excellent customer service. He wasn’t pushy and was very Patient with my husband and I. I knew I wanted one of the gray color SUVs and he brought three over for me to look at to compare the colors. However I ended up with a really good deal on a black on black which I ended up liking even better than the gray. Tory took the time to go over the important parts of the car. It was a great buying experience
