Did not have much selection. Everything took longer than it should have. Received an email letting me know my car was ready for pick up.. When I arrived, they hadn't started yet. Had to bring vehicle back in because the air conditioning was broken already on a brand new vehicle. Was told 2 hours, then 2.5-3. Still here after 3.5 hours. May never get to go home.
Ben Hurrle did a great job explaining the service that was preformed. We also changed the rear differential fluid which was a recommended service which I appreciated because I did not know that was due. Ben should be commended for his customer service and I look forward to working with him again.

Service department was wonderful the salesman that handled are purchase we're not pleased with vehicle had an issue right away salesman pretty much told us he could not do nothing for us service department stepped up fixed us up 10 stars for them 3 for the salesman that sold us the vehicle ps when my wife came back to the dealership to talk to the salesman about the issue flat out told her Thats why u should have gotten the warranty I explained to him that the 3 month or three thousand miles what we were told.. well we will not br asking him next time we purchase are next Honda yes will continue to purchase from your dealership understand people have that bad days thank u
Our service writer Tyler was great! He helped us get signed in for a transmission drain and refill and also a howling noise that had more recently started happening. They took it for a test drive and figured out. It was the new air filter I had put in a couple weeks ago from O'Reillys that was defective. I bought a new Honda air filter and it took care of the issue.
Walser Honda and my salesman worked with me until we could work out a mutually beneficial deal.

Solid experience buying here, led by the salesperson being very good throughout the process. However, it was a lengthy process after I let them know I’ll buy that day. Left with a half tank of gas and the car barely detailed. Watched the detailers hang out and chat on their phones while we waited. Salesperson ended up going out and helping to get them going.
