The classic "I didn't want a new car, but had to get a new car" experience. With the unexpected breakdown of my previous car I shopped online and I was very interested in the lease deals Walser had for their cars. The salesman was wonderful but the finance guy was super pushy about buying add ons that it made me feel uncomfortable. Even after saying no several times he kept trying get me to buy the add ons. It ruined the whole experience and excitement you should have when you buy a new car.

Taking over 2 hours for an oil change is a little bit ridiculous. I also had to originally book the appointment with an AI rather than a human, and the AI did not rotate i was looking for an inspection as well, so when I got to the dealership, they were not prepared to do an inspection and said it would basically take all day which is not what I was expecting. If I was just getting an oil change, I would have gone somewhere else that takes 10-30 minutes, not over 2 hours.
Bought a brand new 2026 Honda Civic Sport. Been a whole week now and I’m loving the car so far. Me and my brother got there just browsing the cars in the lot when Amber came out on her own accord to assist us. She made the whole process really easy. Answered any questions we had, even letting us test drive the car while there was downtime. Would recommend!

Fair and friendly and efficient. I had my 2.5 month of child with me and we were comfortable in the waiting space. There was a nice changing table in bathroom too.

Service was completed on the scheduled date, but they refused to look at a noise my steering wheel is making (said I had to book another appointment), and also only week after the appointment my car lights went on asking to calibrate my tires, which means they didn't calibrate my tires during the service, which in my opinion should have been done along with the tire rotation.
They are always helpful and give great service and advice. They take care of their customers

The sales dealer and manager seemed nice and were nice, but this place is very sketchy. They push and push you get their warrenty and all of their added extras for an insane markup. Plus, their vehicles are insanely overpriced. They say they inspect vehicles, but only for safety. If they know something that isn't related to safety with the car they won't tell you. They're just another money hungry corporation.

Paid $399 for a side-molding installation for my new Odyssey on the day I purchased the vehicle. The sales guy told me he would call me for the installation appointment. No calls at all. I emailed x2 but no reply. I called x 2 but noone would call me back. Imagine this is the service I have already paid for!!!! I just traded in my 2018 Accord Hybrid for a 2026. They had the best price in the metro and gave me the best value for my trade in. I saw the car online and put down a deposit which was refunded at the time of purchase. Most of the pre work was done via text (I went in for the initial discussion and deposit) and the in person sale and transfer took an hour and a half which is not bad. The staff were very friendly. We were welcomed right away by someone at the entrance desk. Even though the dealership seemed busy, a salesperson met with us right away.
