when I said the tire rotation was supposed to be included when I bought the 2026 car. It was said with a nasty attitude too.
I tried to buy the car from Walser but you didn't have the color only Luther in Mankato did. I was any Honda servicing will be able to service the car.
After digging around he told me the warranty expires at 12,000 miles and mine had 15,000 miles.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot from Jelf Belzer Dodge the day before Mothers Day. Our previous vehicle was having engine issues and that dealership wasn’t honoring the warranty it had so I gave up and decided to surrender it in my bankruptcy. I connected with Rachel Clubb for the Fresh Start program and test drove the Pilot and noticed the transmission seeming to shift hard and mentioned it. They (her and the other sales person) said I had a 3,000 mile 3 month warranty and the man said he would text his contact information.

This dealership swore there was nothing wrong with parts of the car that were covered under their warranty I purchased even after multiple repair shops confirmed they were bad. I had to go elsewhere and pay for the repairs leaving my warranty useless amd a waste of money. Also, each time I've had it there for something they wont address the problem or even promise to have parts on hand until they take hours of my time to "go over all other parts of the car" and then try to pressure you into thousands of other dollars ... Did not have much selection. Everything took longer than it should have. Received an email letting me know my car was ready for pick up.. When I arrived, they hadn't started yet. Had to bring vehicle back in because the air conditioning was broken already on a brand new vehicle. Was told 2 hours, then 2.5-3. Still here after 3.5 hours. May never get to go home.
Ben Hurrle did a great job explaining the service that was preformed. We also changed the rear differential fluid which was a recommended service which I appreciated because I did not know that was due. Ben should be commended for his customer service and I look forward to working with him again.

Solid experience buying here, led by the salesperson being very good throughout the process. However, it was a lengthy process after I let them know I’ll buy that day. Left with a half tank of gas and the car barely detailed. Watched the detailers hang out and chat on their phones while we waited. Salesperson ended up going out and helping to get them going.
Best dealership ever! I've never been in a dealer before, wasler was my first ever car dealer and I had the best experience I ever could of! Great people, great service, great value!!

Worst place to go for service Didn't properly put my skid plate back on right so it caught at a drive way at kwik trip not too far away & when I came back they stripped the bolts and on top of that they added a charge for a brake fluid change without any agreement on that part of the service when I only came in for a transmission fluid change great place to not go

My first visit to this dealership. Early afternoon, I was able to have my auto worked on immediately for the latest recall. One hour wait, just fine, a washed auto at the end. Next time I'll see how a oil change goes.

Very streamlined process and great communication from advisor and technician, I had some concerns that should not reflect poorly on my service advisor and technician, I repeat they both rated fives. However, I had photos of 2 different system malfunctions that were not able to be duplicated so worried if they re-appear I’ll most likely have to schedule an inconvenient return visit and I was informed by my service advisor that I could be charged a $100 diagnostic fee. The dealership is always clean, front desk. Staff is always super friendly and helpful and I appreciate the accommodations while you’re waiting.
Cole respected my research and didn't pressure me into something more. He was very upfront about any cosmetic items that he noticed on the pre-owned van and pointed them out without hesitation. He was efficient and honored my choices even when the answer was no. In a world of upsells, someone taking a no at face value was huge to me.

Fast and efficient service with free multi point inspection that easily detailed wear and tear on car.
Dealership is professional and does good work. However, they always underestimate the time it will take to do the requested work. Actual time required is 1.5 to 2 times the estimate they give you. As such, you are much better to drop off the vehicle and come back later. Waiting on site is a very frustrating experience.

We had a problem that should’ve been resolved in a day. We gave service person copious details about our situation. It wasn’t resolved until the third time. We had chosen Walser because in 2016 we had a different problem and it was fixed promptly. We will probably not use Walser service again.

I bought a used car with a due bill. When I went to get the windshield fixed as agreed in the due bill after the sale I was told it was not authorized. No one called me about it. I had to call and talk to more than one person and make several calls leaving messages that were not returned. The dealership was very courteous and professional. I live that there isn't a high pressure sales in either sales or service.
If you want a dealership that gives you the run around on issues that you find and does nothing to help, then these are the people for you. I purchased a 3 year old vehicle from them and during the process I pointed out that the tread on the tires was pretty low and the road noise was pretty loud. The sales person assured me two different times that they were within safety specs. The sales person boasted about their 150 point inspection for their pre owned vehicles. We've been coming to Walser since I was 16, im 36 now. Every car I have is from them. Friendly, clean and willing to spend all day with you if you need. I would say the process does take forever and the kids area could be a bit better but im glad they had anything from kids to begin with.
My experience was great. The salesman was well informed and was able to answer all my questions.

Friendly from the beginning and painful at the end. No expectations were set with us how much each diagnostic test would cost. At the end, when ask why our bill doubled our service writer, Cameron began to speak over us and said he did tell when he didn't mention anything from the beginning. Poor communication and in the end the supervisor for the service department couldn't get a bill in person and then had to message letting us know our payment didn't go through. Had to pay a different way. Service department has too many distractions.
