Purchased a 2026 CR-V, we drove 2 hours on a Thursday night to this dealership. Mitchell Lesser made the purchasing process easy, answered all my questions and got us out quickly for the long drive home. We even brought him a pizza for dinner.

I went in to get a oil change and tire rotation on 7-14-2026. Everything went good till a couple days later my wife noticed my hub cap was popping out. The service was performed in the expected time and seemed very complete. I was later sent a video of the inspection review (nice touch). Every interaction was thorough and polite. The waiting area was nice.
The repair manager kept me in the loop, reviewed additional items for consideration, and completed the work in time estimated.
Walser greets you at the car immediately after drop-off, which means my time is valuable and they care about their customers. (At competitor dealerships, often I wait 5-10 minutes fora a service associate to greet me at my car, etc). This extra step and attention to detail will bring me back and adds to a pleasurable customer experience. Thank you !

I had bought in a car ten days prior to this experience. I had called my salesmen and told him that my front tires kept losing air pressure. He told me to go to burnsville, honda and asked for bill in the service center, and he'll take care of me.. He sure, did they put a set of 4 brand new tires on my vehicle at no cost to me! No other dealership would have done that being A No warranty vehicle. So amazing I told all my coworkers about this experience

Vehicle inspection was not completed properly, attempted to sell vehicle with safety issues. At time of return, advised would refund check next day via overnight mail. This did not happen and refused to issue my refund for the devective vehicle timely.

The service has always been great and very easy to get in and scheduled quickly if needed. Though, on the way home after our last oil change a couple weeks ago, my husband was in an accident after someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and totaled our car. Nancy was very nice to work with. Some things seemed to take a long time though. I don't feel Pulse was explained accurately to me. I was told it was just a flasher on the brake light, but was not told about the guarantee that comes with it. I also noticed that it was a $399 add on, but included in the list price.
