Paid $399 for a side-molding installation for my new Odyssey on the day I purchased the vehicle. The sales guy told me he would call me for the installation appointment. No calls at all. I emailed x2 but no reply. I called x 2 but noone would call me back. Imagine this is the service I have already paid for!!!! Finally I requested to talk to a manager and he helped me only because I threatened them that I would give them a bad review. My sales guy was hoping I would forget it after paying $400. Such a terrible experience. He was so nice and sweet until I bought the car then he ignored me!!!!!! Wouldn’t send my family and friends there!!!!!!!!!!

I just traded in my 2018 Accord Hybrid for a 2026. They had the best price in the metro and gave me the best value for my trade in. I saw the car online and put down a deposit which was refunded at the time of purchase. Most of the pre work was done via text (I went in for the initial discussion and deposit) and the in person sale and transfer took an hour and a half which is not bad. The warranty is great and they'll wave the co-charge if you have the service done there. Kale was my sales person and he was great. Knowledgeable and gave me some tips.

The staff were very friendly. We were welcomed right away by someone at the entrance desk. Even though the dealership seemed busy, a salesperson met with us right away.

We were happy and how we were greeted when we entered the dealership they got a salesman for us. Immediately kale was a great sales person. No pressure answered all of our questions. We knew what we wanted to get so he confirmed all of our questions showed us a vehicle and we purchased it easy and easy out.

Came in late in the day, Love Antoine was sympathetic about my need to get into a cheaper ride for a while, discussed a lot of great options, went for a great test drive in a used Sienna, and then stayed a couple hours past closing to get everything put together. Thanks to Mike and finance, too! Not a surprise - I’ve bought from a Walser shop before, and everybody is always just great to you, and they KNOW about what they’re selling. Go in and ask for Love. She’s honest, will get you answers to all your questions, is kind and conscientious, genuinely enthusiastic about the dealership and the product, and just big fun to shop cars with.
